Job Description The Office Coordinator will manage the day-to-day activities of the business office. This person performs a variety of reception, secretarial, insurance and data entry duties for our patients, including: - Answers the telephones, schedules appointments, and coordinate patient flow - Handles patient finances, bills insurance, manage accounts receivables, and follow up delinquent accounts - Maintain office documents: select and complete patient clinical records, manage insurance claim forms, establish and maintain patient recall system, and maintain governmental records. - Operate electronic office equipment, and maintain various types of telecommunication systems. - Perform support duties: assist in equipment maintenance, ensure state and federal regulation compliances, and help support staff as needed. - Promote a safe, pleasant and harmonious environment for staff, doctor and patients.   Please describe the job you are offering.
